Description

You won't believe how tasty these spicy, crispy kale chips are. Flavoured with Cajun seasoning, they make for the ultimate night-in snack.

Use reserved stems in our Kale stem soup.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 210°C/190°C fan-forced. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

Step 2 of 3

Place kale leaves on trays and drizzle with oil. Using your hands, massage oil into kale leaves. Sprinkle with seasoning. Bake for 10 minutes or until kale is light golden and crispy.

Step 3 of 3

Set aside for 5 minutes to cool. Serve.
