Baked Cabbage With Creamy Mustard Sauce

- 1teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1 small green cabbage, cut into 8 wedges
- 1 small brown onion, finely chopped
- 1 lemon, 2 tbs juiced
- 2teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2tablespoons wholegrain mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2tablespoons fresh chives
- 1/2 cup light cooking cream

Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 250°C. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.
Step 2 of 4
Place cabbage, in a single layer, on trays. Drizzle with 2 tbs oil and season. Bake for 20 minutes or until slightly charred and tender.
Step 3 of 4
Meanwhile, heat remaining oil in a medium frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook onion, stirring, for 5 minutes or until softened. Add mustards, poppy seeds and cream. Bring to the boil. Stir in lemon juice.
Step 4 of 4
Scatter chives over cabbage and serve with sauce.
