- 2 mangoes
- 2L Woolworths clear apple juice
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 4 whole dried star anise
- 3centimeters fresh ginger, thinly sliced
- 1 cup pulp-free chilled orange juice
- 2 small tangelos, sliced into rounds
- 1 pink grapefruit, halved, thinly sliced
- 2 limes, sliced into rounds
- 1/4 bunch mint, leaves picked
Description
Quench your thirst on a balmy day with this refreshing, flavourful fruit punch. It's the perfect beverage to serve at outdoor events during the hot months.

Leftover tip:Freeze any leftover punch to enjoy the fruit when it's out of season.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Coarsely chop 1 mango, then process until smooth. Pour into an ice-cube tray and freeze for 4 hours or until set. Thinly slice remaining mango and refrigerate until needed.

Meanwhile, combine apple juice, cinnamon sticks, star anise and ginger in a large saucepan. Bring to the boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool completely. Chill.
Step 3 of 3
Pour apple mixture into a large serving bowl or jug. Add orange juice, sliced mango, tangelo, grapefruit, lime and mint. Stir to combine. Add mango cubes, then serve.
