  • 200grams Greek-style feta (block)
  • 320grams mix-a-mato tomatoes (punnet)
  • 250grams cocktail truss tomatoes
  • 2tablespoons fresh thyme sprigs (fresh to serve)
  • 1 crusty bread, toasted (to serve)

Method

Step 1 of 4

Place 200g block Greek-style feta, 320g punnet mix-a-mato tomatoes (halved, if large) and 250g cocktail truss tomatoes in a roasting pan.

Step 2 of 4

Drizzle with 1/2 cup Cobram Estate Classic Flavour Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Step 3 of 4

Season, then bake in an oven preheated to 200°C/180°C fan-forced for 30 minutes or until tomatoes have softened. Cool for 5 minutes.

Step 4 of 4

Top with fresh thyme sprigs and serve with toasted crusty bread.
