  • 250grams Simply Steam zucchini spaghetti
  • 2tablespoons sage leaves (plus extra fried sage leaves to serve)
  • 600grams creamy pumpkin soup

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 220°C. Grease an 8-cup baking dish. Cook macaroni in boiling salted water for 8 minutes. Drain.

Meanwhile, microwave zucchini spaghetti according to packet instructions.

Step 3 of 3

Heat soup in a large frying pan over high heat. Add macaroni, 3/4 cup parmesan and sage to soup. Reserve some of the zucchini for serving and stir remainder through macaroni mixture. Transfer to a baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Serve topped with reserved zucchini, extra sage leaves and remaining parmesan.
