Instruction tip
Leftover tip:

Swap the pork shoulder for any leftover protein you have at home, like shredded chicken in the fridge or canned tuna from the pantry.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

Step 2 of 3

Place bag containing pork, flat-side up, in a microwave-safe dish. Pierce flat side of bag twice. Microwave on high for 8 minutes or until pork is heated through. Stand for 2 minutes. Carefully cut bag open, then remove pork from bag and transfer to a board. Using 2 forks, roughly shred pork. Discard cooking liquid.

Step 3 of 3

Spread pizza bases with barbecue sauce sachet. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella, then top with spinach, pork, onion, jalapeño and remaining cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is golden and bases are crisp. Serve sprinkled with coriander.
