  • 1 cup chilled elderflower & rose cordial
  • 750milliliter chilled lemon-flavoured sparkling mineral water

Method

Step 1 of 2

Dip rim of 4 tall glasses in lemon juice, then 1 tbs sea salt flakes to coat.

Step 2 of 2

Mix cordial, remaining lemon juice and rosewater essence together in a small jug. Fill glasses with ice and lemon slices. Pour over syrup and swizzle with a chopstick. Top with mineral water and serve immediately.
