  • 250grams dried apricots
  • 200grams broccoli
  • 100grams carrot
  • 250grams cucumber
  • 200grams tzatziki dip
  • 200grams traditional hommus dip
  • 100grams wafer crackers
  • 125grams sweet solanato
  • 100grams celery sticks
  • 200grams seedless red grapes

Method

Step 1 of 7

Wash the carrot, celery, tomatoes, grapes, cucumber and broccoli.

Step 2 of 7

Peel carrots. Cut into Julianne sticks approximately half a centre meter wide for each carrot, cucumber and celery.

Step 3 of 7

Cut broccoli into florets (they should be small bite-sized pieces).

Step 4 of 7

Place dips on each end of the platter tray.

Step 5 of 7

Remove stem and place the seedless grapes and apricots on the tray. Place tomatoes and cucumber on the opposite side of tray.

Step 6 of 7

Place carrot sticks around the hummus dip on the tray. Place the broccoli around Tzatziki dip on the tray.

Step 7 of 7

Open biscuits and place like a fan around the middle of the tray. Place the celery sticks in the middle of the biscuits.
