- 1 brown onion, sliced
- 3 zucchini, spiralised into noodles
- 40grams South Cape Fetta Greek Style, crumbled
- 500grams mixed mushrooms
- 1packets Maggi beef stroganoff recipe base
- 1tablespoons olive oil

Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat butter and oil in pan, add onion and mushrooms, cook over low heat 5-8 minutes or until golden. Add combined 1 1/3 cup (330mL) water and MAGGI Recipe Base; bring to boil, stirring. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until thickened.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, place zoodles in a large heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water. Stand for 20-40 seconds. Drain well, arrange zoodles on serving platter.
Step 3 of 3
Stir sour cream through mushroom mixture. Serve over cooked zoodles, top with feta.
