Method
Step 1 of 3
Place the dates, hazelnut meal, linseed meal, mandarin zest and juice, coconut oil and cocoa powder in the bowl of a food processor. Process until well combined.
Step 2 of 3
Using damp hands, roll heaped tablespoons of mixture into balls. Place on a plate. Chill for 15 minutes.
Step 3 of 3
Sift extra cocoa powder onto a large flat plate. Roll balls in cocoa powder to serve.
