  • 6 cup yummi hummus
  • 2 slice smoked salmon
  • 1/2 cup chopped dates
  • 1 pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, finely diced
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 12 grapes, slices
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced potatoes
  • 1teaspoons zaatar

Method

Step 1 of 3

On 4 plates or on a large platter spoon the hummus all over the plate.

Step 2 of 3

Then randomly sprinkle onto the cucumber, tomatoes, dates, feta cheese, pomegranate seeds the smoked salmon, grapes and potatoes.
