- 500grams dried rigatoni
- 4 Roma tomatoes, halved lengthways
- 700grams Woolworths chunky pasta sauce
- 150grams Danish-style feta, coarsely crumbled
- 1/4 bunch basil, leaves picked
- extra virgin olive oil cooking spray

Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat grill to high. Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
Step 2 of 4
Meanwhile, place tomato, cut-side up, on a baking dish. Spray with oil and season. Cook under grill for 10 minutes or until slightly golden.
Step 3 of 4
Drain pasta and transfer to a 2.5L baking dish. Add sauce.
Step 4 of 4
Add half of the feta. Season and toss to combine. Arrange tomato on top, cut-side up, and sprinkle with remaining feta. Cook under grill for 6-8 minutes or until golden. Scatter with basil. Serve.
