Description
Adorably scary, these bite-sized chocolate bikkies are easy to make and guaranteed to delight the little ones this Halloween.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place biscuits, flat-side down, spaced out evenly on tray. Using kitchen scissors, cut marshmallows in half horizontally. Place icing sugar mixture in a small bowl. Add lemon juice.
Using a wooden spoon, mix thoroughly until well combined.
Step 2 of 3
Dip the cut-side of a marshmallow lightly in icing, then place in the centre of a biscuit to secure. Repeat with remaining marshmallows and biscuits. Working with one biscuit at a time, spoon 1/2 tsp icing on top of the marshmallow. Spread lightly to allow the icing to drip down the sides of the marshmallow. (Don’t touch the icing as it will continue to drip down and will take a few minutes to settle.) Repeat with remaining icing and biscuits. Set biscuits aside for 1-2 hours to dry completely.
Step 3 of 3
Using black icing, pipe eyes and mouth onto the ghosts. Serve.
