- 2 cups light Greek-style natural yoghurt
- 3teaspoons maple syrup
- 250grams pineapple, cut into small chunks
- 250grams strawberries, hulled, quartered
- 3 kiwifruit, peeled, halved, sliced
- 125grams blueberries
- 1/3 cup low-sugar raspberry & coconut granola
Description
These colourful, kid-friendly fruit-salad jars are perfect for picnics, featuring layers of Greek-style natural yoghurt, pineapple, strawberries, kiwifruit, blueberries and granola.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Combine yoghurt and syrup in a medium bowl.
Step 2 of 2
In 4 x 2-cup-capacity jars, layer three-quarters of the yoghurt, then pineapple, strawberries, kiwifruit and blueberries among jars. Top each with remaining yoghurt and sprinkle with granola. Seal lids. Chill until ready to transport with ice-bricks or to serve.
