Description
Flip dinner on its head with this easy baked beans, salsa and cheese quesadilla recipe. This tasty meal is as fun to make as it is to eat.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Place tortillas on a flat surface. Evenly spoon baked beans over one half of each tortilla.
Step 2 of 4
Sprinkle cheese over beans, then spoon over salsa. Season with pepper. Fold over tortilla to enclose filling.
Step 3 of 4
Spray a large frying pan with oil and heat over medium-high heat. Cook tortillas, 2 at a time, for 2 minutes on each side, or until filling is heated through and cheese has melted. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Step 4 of 4
Cut tortillas into wedges and serve with avocado, coriander leaves and cracked pepper.
