- 500grams pkt Woolworths lean pork mince
- 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 40grams pkt French-onion soup mix
- 1 free range egg, lightly beaten
- 2tablespoons continental parsley, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 150grams baby leaf salad mix
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Description
Combining French-onion soup mix with lean pork mince, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley and garlic, this flavoursome recipe will become your new go-to for rissoles.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Grease and line a baking tray with baking paper. Combine pork, breadcrumbs, French-onion soup mix, egg, parsley and garlic
in a bowl.
Step 2 of 4
Shape mixture into 12 rissoles.
Step 3 of 4
Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook rissoles, in batches, for 2 minutes each side or until browned.
Step 4 of 4
Transfer rissoles to prepared tray. Bake for 10 minutes or until cooked. Serve rissoles with salad and lemon wedges.
