Description

Soft, flavourful Mission wraps are the key to this speedy, delectable chocolate-hazelnut layer cake. Grab a bite.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 190°C/170°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with a large sheet of foil.

Step 2 of 4

Place chocolate and 1/4 cup cream in a heatproof bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stirring halfway through, or until melted.

Step 3 of 4

Place one wrap on foil and spread a little of the chocolate mixture, leaving a 1cm border. Repeat with remaining wraps and chocolate mixture, ending with a wrap. Gather foil to completely cover and enclose the stack. Bake for 10 minutes or until heated through. Uncover stack and brush top wrap with butter. Bake for a further 1 minute or until golden.

Step 4 of 4

Remove stack from the oven and transfer to a serving plate. Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Whisk remaining cream until just firm peaks form. Dollop stack with cream and top with some berries and drizzle with remaining chocolate mixture. Sprinkle with hazelnuts. Serve with remaining berries.
