  • 1/2 cup polenta
  • 1/2teaspoons garlic powder
  • 3teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1kilograms small potatoes
  • 2-3tablespoons olive oil

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 200°C. Line large baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2 of 3

Combine 1/2 cup polenta, 3 tsp smoked paprika and 1/2 tsp garlic powder in a shallow bowl.

Step 3 of 3

Wash and pat dry 1.2kg small potatoes with paper towel. Toss in a bowl with 2-3 tbs olive oil to coat. Toss in polenta mix to coat. Lay out onto baking tray in a single layer. Spray well with olive oil spray. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time until crisp, golden and tender. Serve with steak, or lamb chops.
