- 2tablespoons coconut flakes
- 1/2 avocado
- 1teaspoons matcha powder
- 2/3 cup coconut-flavoured yoghurt
- 1 1/4 cup coconut water
Description
Naturally sweet and creamy, this smoothie is a great afternoon pick-me-up.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Preheat the oven to 180°C (Gas 4). Place the coconut flakes on a baking tray and toast for 4 1/2 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 2 of 2
Place the flakes in the blender along with the remaining ingredients and blend until creamy. Serve in chilled glasses with a straw.
