  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 sheets gelatine
  • 1teaspoons kaffir lime leaves
  • 40grams caster sugar
  • 1teaspoons vanilla essence

This silky and creamy dessert has a smooth tropical taste.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Combine all ingredients apart from the gelatine in a pot a medium heat and stir constantly for 10 minutes. Do not allow to boil.

Step 2 of 3

Soak the gelatine leaves in water for 10 minutes, then add the gelatine to the mixture while turning off the heat and stir constantly for 2 minutes.

Step 3 of 3

Allow the mixture to cool slightly before passing through a sieve into your chosen serving dish. Let the pannacottas set in the fridge for up to 3 hours before serving.
