  • 1 2/3 cup oat milk
  • 1tablespoons coconut oil
  • 4tablespoons agave syrup

Description

A simple pancake recipe that is lightly sweetened with Agave syrup

Method

Step 1 of 6

In a mixing bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and sugar together.

Step 2 of 6

While mixing, mix the vanilla and oat milk in and mix until combine fully with no lumps.

Step 3 of 6

Heat up a pan to a medium heat with the coconut oil and pour some of the contents onto the pan. Amount depends on the size pancakes you want.

Step 4 of 6

Allow to fry for 4 minutes until bubbles start to appear, then carefully flip over and cook the other side for 3 minutes.

Step 5 of 6

Remove from the heat and set to one side. Repeat process for the rest of the mixture.

Step 6 of 6

Serve with a drizzle of agave syrup and fruit if desired.
