- 135grams unsalted butter
- 25grams dark cocoa powder
- 60grams dark choc
- 3 large eggs
- 240grams caster sugar
- 120grams Fresh Berry Farm Summer Berries in berry sauce
- 190grams gluten free flour

Method
Step 1 of 7
In a microwave safe bowl, melt together the unsalted butter and dark chocolate on low power, stirring regularly.

Add caster sugar and mix together well.
Step 3 of 7
Combine cocoa powder, baking powder and chopped dark chocolate.
Step 4 of 7
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well each time.
Step 5 of 7
Stir in the gluten free flour and mix well.
Step 6 of 7
Spread brownie mix into a lined slice tray and smooth with a pallet knife. Gently spoon summer berries in berry sauce evenly over the surface of the slice and bake for 20-25 mins 180 degree (160 fan forced).
Step 7 of 7
Serve warm with ice cream, fresh berries and a drizzle summer berries in berry sauce.
