  • 2 medium avocado, peeled and diced (save half for garnish)
  • 30grams butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Description

A very light chilled soup that is as smooth as it is well balanced.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Heat up a pot to a medium heat with the butter. Cook the peas for 1 minutes until cooked. Remove from the heat and set to one side.

Step 2 of 2

Add the vegetable stock to a blender with 1 of the avocados and the cooked peas. Blend until smooth.
