- 70grams gruyere, finely grated
- 6 slices prosciutto
- 1 Kanzi apple, thinly sliced crossways
- 5milliliter olive oil cooking spray
- 1/2 bunch sage, leaves picked
- 1tablespoons pure honey

Description
Wow your friends with this tart featuring flaky puff pastry, gooey gruyere and juicy apple. Ready in just four easy steps, it's the only tart recipe you'll need.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 4
Place pastry on tray. Fold edges inwards and press to form a 1.5cm border. Prick base with a fork, then bake for 10 minutes.
Step 3 of 4
Remove tray from oven. Spread creme fraiche over pastry centre, then scatter over cheese. Overlap prosciutto and apple on cheese. Spray with oil and bake for 20 minutes, adding sage sprayed lightly with oil in the last 5 minutes of cooking, or until apple is golden and prosciutto is crisp.

Drizzle with honey and serve.
