  • 2 bunch asparagus (halved)
  • 2 nectarines, pitted (sliced into wedges)
  • 270grams creamy & crunchy salad kit
  • 400grams porterhouse steaks with herb & garlic butter

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat a barbecue or chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Bring steaks to room temperature. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2 of 4

Cook steaks for 3 minutes on one side. Turn, add butter discs from packet and cook for 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate and cover.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, cook nectarine and asparagus for 3 minutes, turning often, or until charred on all sides.

Step 4 of 4

Slice steaks. Add to salad with nectarine and asparagus. From the salad kit, drizzle over dressing and top with feta and walnuts.
