Description

Dip broccoli florets in a batter spiked with paprika and garlic, roll in breadcrumbs and blast in an air-fryer before serving with a creamy, slight spicy dipping sauce.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes. Combine flour, paprika and garlic in a large bowl. Add milk and stir until smooth.

Step 2 of 4

Place breadcrumbs in a large dish. One floret at a time, holding the stem, dip broccoli into batter to coat, then shake off excess. Toss in breadcrumbs. Spray air-fryer basket lightly with oil. In 2 batches, place broccoli into basket in a single layer and spray lightly with oil. Cook, turning broccoli occasionally, for 15 minutes or until golden and crunchy.

Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and maple syrup in a small bowl. Add sriracha and fold to combine to create a swirled pattern.

Step 4 of 4

Transfer broccoli to a serving dish. Serve with sauce.
