Description

After an easy pasta recipe? Try this super speedy baked feta pasta. Simply bake tomatoes and feta together for a quick, no-fuss homemade pasta sauce.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced.

Step 2 of 4

Place tomatoes on a large, shallow baking tray. Place feta in centre of tray. Drizzle with oil, then sprinkle with oregano and season. Bake for 30 minutes or until feta starts to brown.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, cook pasta according to packet instructions.

Step 4 of 4

Remove tray from oven. Using a fork, crush feta and tomatoes. Add drained pasta to tray and toss to combine. Scatter over basil leaves and serve.
