Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Step 2 of 3
Heat oil in a small pot over medium-high heat. Add the flour and stir for 1 minute. Add milk and heat until almost boiling. Whisk in mozzarella, mustard and nutmeg.
Step 3 of 3
Arrange cauliflower slices in an ovenproof baking dish and pour over the cheese mixture. Sprinkle with extra mozzarella and parmesan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve as a side dish.
