Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 180°C. Combine rice and stock in a 10-cup capacity baking dish. Cover tightly with a lid or foil and bake for 40 minutes, stirring halfway through, or until most of the stock has been absorbed and the rice is al dente.

Stir through parmesan and butter and season to taste. Serve immediately.
