  • 50grams baby spinach
  • 1 chorizo sausage, sliced
  • 1 pinch salt (to taste)

Description

Take beans on toast up a notch with this recipe featuring spinach and chorizo. Ready in 10 minutes, it’s a quick and easy gourmet breakfast option.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Heat a frying pan with a splash of oil. Lightly fry baked beans & chorizo sausage. Add spinach leaves and cook until wilted.

Step 2 of 2

Toast sourdough slices. Place beans & chorizo mixture on-top of toasted sourdough and add salt & pepper to taste.
