  • 4 portions Bag & Bake white fish fillets with lemon & parsley butter
  • 1/2 small red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 400grams baby potatoes herb & butter
  • 2tablespoons honey & Dijon vinaigrette
  • 100grams kale leaf & spinach salad
  • 1/3 cup walnuts (chopped)

Method

Prepare Bag & Bake fish and butter following packet instructions.

Step 2 of 2

Meanwhile, cook potatoes following packet instructions. Combine onion, salad, walnuts and vinaigrette in a bowl. Season to taste. Toss to combine. Transfer fish to plates and spoon over some of the butter. Serve with potatoes and salad.
