  • 2 long red chillies, deseeded
  • 4 bunch broccolini
  • 2 lemons
  • 2tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup natural flaked almonds
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat chargrill over high heat. Place broccolini into a large bowl with 2 tbs oil. Toss to coat, then season.

Step 2 of 4

Whisk remaining oil, zest and juice of 1 lemon and chilli in a jug.

Step 3 of 4

Cook broccolini for 2 minutes on each side or until charred and tender. Transfer to a serving bowl.

Step 4 of 4

Halve remaining lemon, Place, cut-side down, on grill and cook for 3 minutes or until charred. Drizzle broccolini with dressing, scatter over almonds and hemp seeds, and serve with charred lemon.
