- 280grams prawns with lemon & garlic butter
- 8 free range eggs
- 350grams loaf ciabatta bread, sliced

Method
Step 1 of 5
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2 of 5
Whisk eggs and milk together in a large jug. Season with pepper.
Step 3 of 5
Heat lemon and garlic butter (from packet) in a medium cast iron or ovenproof frying pan over medium heat. Add prawns, zucchini, reserving some for serving, and peas to pan and cook, stirring, for 3-4 minutes or until prawns are almost cooked through.
Step 4 of 5
Add egg mixture to prawn mixture and cook for 2 minutes or until edge of frittata starts to set. Dollop spoonfuls of ricotta on frittata. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and just set.
Step 5 of 5
Top frittata with reserved zucchini and basil and serve with bread.
