  • 1 cup carrot sticks
  • 1 cup Qukes baby cucumber sticks
  • 2 oranges (cut into wedges)
  • 2 reduced-fat Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1/2teaspoons cornflour
  • 1teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1teaspoons finely grated ginger
  • 1/2 brown onion (thinly sliced)
  • 200grams chicken breast (thinly sliced)
  • 2teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1teaspoons honey
  • 1tablespoons reduced-salt soy sauce
  • 1tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 cup brown rice (cooked)

Method

Step 1 of 4

Combine chicken, soy, ginger, honey, sesame oil, cornflour and half the sesame seeds in a bowl. Set aside.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a wok or medium frying pan over medium- high heat. Add onion and cook for 4 minutes or until softened.

Step 3 of 4

Add chicken mixture to wok, then cook for 5 minutes or until sauce is thick and shiny, and chicken begins to colour.

Step 4 of 4

Divide rice among bento boxes, then top with chicken and scatter over remaining sesame seeds. Add snacks to bento boxes.
