  • 200milliliter milk

  • pepper (to taste)
  • 2tablespoons vegetable oil (or lard)

Description

Great served with a roast, stews or corned beef hash.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 210 fan forced. Add flour and eggs to a bowl. Whisk until no lumps.

Step 2 of 4

Gradually and milk and whisk until there are no lumps and a smooth consistency. Season with salt & pepper.

Step 3 of 4

Add a drizzle of oil or lard to each muffin tin/try. Heat in oven until smoking hot.

Step 4 of 4

Pour batter mixture into each hole and bake for 20 to 25 mins.
