- 1tablespoons olive oil
- 250grams vermicelli noodles
- 1 1/2 cups wombok, thinly sliced, shredded
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 3 carrots, grated with papaya cutter or cut into long matchsticks
- 1 cucumber, cut in to batons
- 1/2 cup mint leaves

Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat oil in pan over medium to high and cook steaks 3 minutes on each side for medium, remove sprinkle with MasterFoods™ Lemon Pepper Seasoning and rest before slicing.
Step 2 of 4
Cook vermicelli noodles as per packet instructions.
Step 3 of 4
Divide the rice noodles equally between 4 bowls, top with sliced steak, lettuce, bean sprouts, carrots and cucumber.
Step 4 of 4
Squeeze over generous amount of MasterFoods™ Vietnamese Hoisin Sauce and garnish with mint leaves.
