- 2tablespoons mint (for garnish)
- 7 limes (save 1 lime for garnish)
- 170milliliter passionfruit pulp, chilled
- soda water
- 400milliliter vodka
Method
Step 1 of 2
Squeeze the juice of 6 limes. Add to a jug of ice with a chilled 170ml can of passionfruit pulp and 400ml vodka, and stir well.
Step 2 of 2
Divide between 8 glasses, top up with soda or sparkling mineral water, and garnish with lime wedges and mint.
