- 3tablespoons tamarind paste
- 600grams tuna steaks
- 2 heads bok choi, leaves separated
- 200grams snow peas
- 200grams tenderstem broccoli, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
- 4 spring onions, sliced into strips
- 1tablespoons soy sauce, reduced salt

Description
This tasty tamarind glazed tuna steak with speedy green stir fry makes for a simple and delicious midweek meal in minutes.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Whisk half of the oil with the tamarind paste in a small bowl. Brush on the tuna steaks and cook in a large pan on medium high heat for 2 minutes on each side. Rest for 5 minutes.
Step 2 of 3
Heat the rest of the oil in a wok on high heat and cook the bok choi, snow peas and tenderstem broccoli for 3 minutes. Add the garlic, spring onions and soy sauce and stir fry for 2 more minutes.
Step 3 of 3
Serve the tuna steaks on a bed of greens, with rice or noodles if desired.
