- 400grams sweet potato, peeled and chopped into small bites
- 200grams mixed beans, drained
- 400grams passata
- 1 medium red onion, peeled and diced
- 1tablespoons canola oil
- 1/3 cup vegetable stock
- 1teaspoons paprika
- 1teaspoons chilli flakes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1teaspoons cumin

Description
A vegan tomato based chilli with plenty of spice.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat up a large pot with the canola oil and fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add the chopped sweet potato to the pot and fry for a further 4 minutes while tossing. Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot and mix well.
Step 2 of 3
Bring the heat down to a simmer and allow the entire dish to cook for 20 minutes while stirring occasionally.
Step 3 of 3
Serve with a choice of condiments or sides and season to taste if required.
