- 4 slices tassal smoked salmon
- 2 abes bagels
- 2 eggs
- butter
- 1 bunch baby spinach
- 1/2 radish
- 1 pinch salt (to taste)
- 1 pinch pepper (to taste)
Method
Step 1 of 5
Half and toast 2x ABES Bagels.
Step 2 of 5
Spread each half with butter.
Step 3 of 5
Layer each of the bases with baby spinach, 2 slices Tassal Smoked Tassie Salmon, sliced radish and a poached egg.
Step 4 of 5
Season with Salt & Pepper to taste.
Step 5 of 5
Sandwich with bagel tops and serve.
