Instruction tip
Pantry Pals:Creating quick and flavoursome Asian-inspired salads and stir-fries at home has never been easier thanks to Kikkoman’s naturally brewed soy sauces and tamari.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Combine ginger and 2 tbs sauce in a small bowl. Combine chicken, onion and half of the ginger mixture in a large bowl.
Step 2 of 4
Heat half of the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Drop heaped tablespoonfuls of chicken mixture into pan. Flatten slightly. Cook, in 2 batches, for 3 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through. Return meatballs to pan. Add remaining sauce and turn to coat.
Step 3 of 4
Meanwhile, combine salad leaves, avocado, radish, lemon juice, and remaining ginger mixture and oil in a large bowl.
Step 4 of 4
Divide salad among plates. Top with chicken meatballs, seeds and extra onion. Serve.
