- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup flaked almonds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 2tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cup light Greek-style yoghurt, to serve

Looking for a healthier dessert? This easy apple crumble recipe is bursting with sweet, tender slices of baked apple under a golden, nutty topping.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Combine apple, blueberries, lemon juice, and half each of the cinnamon and vanilla in a large bowl. Place apple mixture in a 24cm round (5cm deep) 1.5L capacity baking dish.
Step 2 of 3
Combine oats, almonds, coconut, syrup, oil and remaining cinnamon and vanilla in same bowl. Sprinkle oat mixture over apple mixture and pat down slightly.
Step 3 of 3
Bake for 50 minutes or until apples have softened and crumble is golden. Serve with yoghurt.
