Description

Method
Step 1 of 2
Place basil, parsley, garlic and parmesan in a food processor and process until mixture is a chunky consistency. Season well, then add oil and process until combined.
Step 2 of 2
Store in a sterilised glass jar or an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or freeze in ice cube trays for up to six months.
