- 125grams plain flour
- 125grams ground almonds
- 50grams caster sugar
- 550grams stoned cherries
- 2tablespoons caster sugar
- 2tablespoons apple juice

Method
Step 1 of 2
Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, rub the butter into the flour and ground almonds with your fingertips until the mixture resembles rough breadcrumbs. Stir in the caster sugar. Place the cherries in the oven proof freezer proof dish and scatter over the sugar and apple juice. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the cherries. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely, then wrap in foil, and freeze.

To serve, defrost in the refrigerator overnight. Warm through in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30 minutes, or until hot and simmering.
