  • 3 Woolworths tortillas
  • 4 rashers Woolworths middle bacon, rind removed
  • 5mL extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
  • 1/3 cup Woolworths maple syrup
  • 2teaspoons Woolworths dried chilli flakes

Description

Air-fried to perfection, these easy-to-make chilli bacon chips with a hint of chilli make a tasty snack or topping for your favourite baked potato.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Cut tortillas and bacon into 3cm pieces. Separate bacon pieces and spray with oil. Brush tortillas with half of the maple syrup. Top with a piece of bacon. Brush with remaining maple syrup. Sprinkle with chilli flakes.

Step 2 of 2

Cook bacon chips, in a single layer, in batches, in a 5L air fryer at 200°C for 7 minutes or until brown and crisp. Cool.
