Combine yoghurt, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
Step 2 of 2
Layer crumbled meringue, cream cheese mixture, mango and passionfruit pulp into serving glasses. Repeat layers. Transfer to fridge to chill. Garnish with mint leaves to serve.
