  • 1 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 lemon, sliced (to serve)
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1L mineral water, chilled

Place strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain into a large jug. Discard pulp. Add lemon juice and sugar, and stir to dissolve sugar. Stir in mineral water. Serve over ice with strawberry and lemon.
