Description

Make this gluten-free pumpkin gnocchi recipe with a butter, sage and garlic sauce. It's an easy, delicious dinner that's ready in just three steps.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil over high heat. Add gluten-free gnocchi and cook for 3 minutes or until gluten-free gnocchi rises to the top. Drain.

Step 2 of 3

Heat butter and oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sage leaves and cook for 3 minutes or until garlic is fragrant and butter is foaming. Add gluten-free gnocchi to pan. Increase heat to high and cook, tossing pan frequently, for 4 minutes or until gluten-free gnocchi is golden and crisp. Remove pan from heat. Add parmesan, tossing until melted, then stir through spinach.

Serve gnocchi scattered with pumpkin kernels and extra parmesan.
