- 200grams green capsicum , deseeded and diced small
- 200grams sauted mushrooms, diced small
- 800grams potatoes, diced, steamed, peeled
- 2teaspoons sumac
- 1 lime, zested
- 1 bunch coriander, washed and stalks removed roughly chopped
- 2teaspoons vegetable stock powder
- few grinds salt and black pepper
- 2 cup wholemeal breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup fresh herbs, chopped
