- 1 cup sparkling white wine
- 1tablespoons orange liqueur (optional)
- 250grams strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 150grams blueberries
- 3 cup cranberry drink
- 1 1/2tablespoons gelatine powder
- 1/2 cup caster sugar

Method
Step 1 of 3
Place cranberry drink, sparkling wine and sugar in a medium saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar has dissolved. Bring to the boil and boil for 1 minute without stirring. Set aside to cool.
Step 2 of 3
Sprinkle gelatine over the boiling water and whisk well with a fork until dissolved. Stir into cranberry liquid with liqueur.
Step 3 of 3
Divide berries between four 250ml glasses. Pour 1/2 cup of the jelly mixture into each. Chill until set. Top with remaining jelly and chill until set. Note: This recipe contains alcohol.
